Each septic inspection is one system.

A system is one connected set up.

Example: Two structures feed into one tank, which feeds into one drain field -- that is one system.

Example: The house feeds into one tank, which feeds into one drain field. A later addition to the house has a separate tank and drain field. This is two systems and two inspections, even if they're the same property.

What documents are needed?

We require the provided pre-inspection contract signed by buyer and seller. If no seller than just buyer.

How long do inspections take?

Between 1 and 4 hours

What Payment Method?

Cash, Check, Venmo, and Cash App.

Water and power need to be on to do the septic inspection.

We may need to run water to flush an e-locator, check system performance.

The report will be released to client and/or real-estate agent after payment is received.

We will answer general questions and questions about results.
